The application window for the Google Arcade Facilitator Program is open from 1st to 15th July. Interested participants must complete their registration during this time through the official program portal.

📢 Selection Notification

20th July

Shortlisted applicants will receive an official selection email on 20th July with next steps and onboarding instructions.

If selected, make sure to check your email inbox (and spam folder) regularly and respond promptly to any communication from the program team.

What’s Next? The email will include details about orientation, access to training content, community links, and important dates you must follow.

🧭 Orientation Day

1st August

The official Orientation Day will be held online on 1st August. All selected facilitators are expected to attend this interactive session to get fully briefed on the program’s structure and goals.

You'll be introduced to the program timeline, key expectations, mentoring team, and tools that will guide you throughout your journey. This session sets the tone for what’s ahead and ensures you're prepared to begin with confidence.

Don’t miss it! Attendance is mandatory, and this is your chance to meet fellow facilitators and ask questions directly to program coordinators.

💡 Core Training Sessions

3rd – 20th August

From 3rd to 20th August, selected facilitators will participate in a series of live, instructor-led training sessions designed to build deep expertise in Google Cloud tools, teaching strategies, and community leadership.

These sessions are hands-on, engaging, and include everything from technical demos and walkthroughs to case studies and peer interactions. You’ll learn how to not only use Google Cloud services effectively, but also how to explain them to others and inspire learning.

Attendance is strongly recommended as each session builds toward your final assessment and certification. You'll also gain access to exclusive learning resources, facilitator toolkits, and mentoring support.

🎓 Graduation & Certification

25th August

Upon successful completion of all training requirements, participants will graduate on 25th August and receive their official Google Arcade Facilitator Certification.

This certificate is recognized by Google Cloud and validates your skills in cloud technologies, facilitation, and leadership. It can be showcased on your LinkedIn, resume, or professional portfolio to unlock future opportunities.

The Google Arcade Facilitator Program is open to all students, professionals, educators, and tech enthusiasts who are eager to grow in cloud computing and teaching. Prior knowledge is not mandatory — a learning mindset and commitment to help others are what matter most.

Whether you’re a first-year student exploring tech or a working professional seeking impact, this program welcomes you. Diversity of backgrounds makes our facilitator community even stronger!

You’ll gain hands-on experience with core Google Cloud technologies, including Compute, Storage, AI/ML, and App Engine. In addition to technical knowledge, the program also focuses on facilitation skills, teaching strategies, and how to run effective cloud workshops.

No, the program is 100% free. Google covers all costs including training, resources, platform access, and certification for selected candidates. There are no hidden charges at any stage.

Participants are expected to commit around 5–7 hours per week. This includes attending live training sessions, completing self-paced modules, joining discussion forums, and organizing practice events or demos in your community.

Once you’ve completed all required sessions and tasks, your official digital certificate will be available for download via the program dashboard. A direct email with access instructions will also be sent to you by the organizing team.
